Joe.. you have helped me understand myself in so many ways it is amazing. You help me understand I am the way I am because of my trauma. I listen to u all day at work. I have a lot of PTSD and obsessive thoughts the last year it has all “thawed out” and I haven’t found any peace or understanding until I found u on Podbean. I would like to thank u.
